Removing User/Group Security from Workflow 8

The Workflow 8 Administration Console's Security node enables you define what each user and group can and can't do in Workflow 8. After assigning security for a user or group, you can remove it later.

Note: Removing a user or group does not delete it from your machine or active directory. Only the user or group's Workflow 8 permissions and access rights will be deleted.

To remove security from a user or group

  1. Open the Workflow 8 Administration Console.
  2. In the console tree pane, Closedexpand a Workflow Server.
  3. Click the Security node.
  4. Right-click a user or group in the center pane.
  5. Select Delete.
